At Peter & W.E. Cramb, we are proud to be one of the few remaining independent sawmills in Scotland, offering a customer-focused timber service built on quality, reliability, and tradition.

A Family Business Since 1963

Established in 1963, our timber merchant business has been supplying timber and fencing products for over 60 years, spanning four generations of the Cramb family.

In 1966, Ian Cramb Sr joined the business, followed by Eddie Cramb in 1975.

Today, the current partners continue the legacy, operating from Gargunnock Sawmill, a site that has been home to timber production for over 100 years.

Following a major overhaul of our production line in recent years, we’ve doubled our output of timber products—while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
